Terms of Service

Pomada is provided by Stailas Inc., a Delaware corporation (1111B S. Governors Ave., Suite 39276, Dover, DE 19904, USA). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree, please don't use Pomada.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where you live in the EEA, unless a parent or guardian consents), able to form a binding contract, and not barred from using the service under applicable law. One person per account; you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. Tell us right away at lookinggood@stailas.com if you suspect someone else is using it.

Pomada turns photos of your daily outfits into a personal style log, garment catalogue and wardrobe statistics, using AI to remove backgrounds, read colour palettes and classify clothing. Its private inspiration gallery can also analyse screenshots you choose to save and let you import extracted pieces as clearly labelled wishes rather than clothes you own. The optional Pomada Camera is a small camera for taking outfit photos hands-free.

Pomada is a young product that improves continuously. Features may change, be added or be retired; where a change removes something significant, we'll give you reasonable notice.

You keep every right you have in the photos and other content you upload, and third-party rights in a saved screenshot remain with their owner. You grant Stailas Inc. a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process (including with the AI providers named in the Privacy Policy), and display your content back to you — solely to operate and improve the service for you. We will never use your photos in marketing, share them publicly, or let anyone else see them, unless you explicitly ask us to. The licence ends when the content or your account is deleted.

Uploading content, you confirm that you have the right or other lawful basis to do so. This includes saved social, editorial or shop screenshots. Since a camera by the door or a screenshot can include other people, you also confirm that anyone else identifiable in your photos is aware and okay with it.

Please don't:

• upload unlawful content, or photos of people without their knowledge;
• break, probe or overload the service, or bypass its security measures;
• scrape the service or access other people's data;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement;
• use Pomada to build a competing dataset or train models on our service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules — with warning where that's reasonable, immediately where it isn't (e.g. security abuse).

Clothing classification, colour palettes, tags, statistics, inspiration item extraction, catalogue images and optional visual outfit directions are generated by AI and are sometimes wrong — a cardigan may be called a blazer, or a generated image may alter a face, garment detail, body outline or accessory. The original photo, saved inspiration or garment crop stays available for comparison. An inspiration read is not proof of brand, price, availability, size, fit, ownership or wear. Generated images are creative style visualizations, not a promise that an item exists, will fit, has a particular size, will look the same in real life, or is a calibrated virtual try-on. Results are provided for personal insight, not as professional advice of any kind, and we don't guarantee their accuracy.

You may connect an independent human stylist and choose which wardrobe categories they can view. You can end access at any time. Stylists cannot edit or delete your wardrobe, and Pomada does not give them your password or account controls.

Unless Pomada expressly says otherwise in a separate offer, the stylist is not our employee, agent or subcontractor; their advice, availability, calls, fees and any purchases you make are between you and the stylist. During this pilot, Pomada provides the collaboration workspace and does not process consultation payments or guarantee a stylist's advice, credentials, fit or results.

A free account can keep an outfit history and includes the limited AI allowances shown in the app. Pomada Pro is an automatically renewing subscription that unlocks the paid AI features described at checkout. Available features may expand during beta, but the checkout screen is the authoritative description of what is included today.

The price, billing period, any tax, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Monthly and yearly plans renew at the same interval until cancelled. A founding price remains in effect while that particular subscription remains continuously active; cancelling it and returning later may require subscribing at the price then available.

Web subscriptions are billed and managed through our web payment provider. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed and managed by the applicable store. You can cancel from the management link in Pomada Pro or through the storefront that billed you. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the billing provider's rules and your mandatory consumer rights.

Deleting a Pomada account does not itself cancel a subscription. Cancel the subscription with its billing provider before deleting the account to prevent a later renewal.

If you purchase or preorder a Pomada Camera, the specific price, estimated shipping window and charges shown at checkout apply alongside these terms and our Camera Shipping & Returns Policy. A preorder may be cancelled for a full refund until it is handed to the carrier.

If Pomada decides not to produce the Camera, or cannot fulfill your preorder, we will cancel it and refund 100% of every amount you paid—including the standard outbound shipping charge and tax collected by Pomada—to your original payment method. There is no cancellation fee.

Nothing in these terms limits the warranties, withdrawal rights and remedies you're entitled to by law. The voluntary return window is 30 days after delivery; mandatory legal guarantees remain separate, including the three-year legal guarantee for eligible new consumer goods in Spain. The Cam needs your home Wi-Fi and a Pomada account to be useful; it stores no photos of its own once an upload completes.

The Pomada software, design, name and logo are owned by Stailas Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and site to enjoy the service. Open-source components we use remain under their own licences (acknowledged in the repository's NOTICE file).

You can stop using Pomada at any time, and delete your account in Settings → Account. Deletion deactivates the account immediately and permanently erases all data — including stored images — after a 30-day grace period, during which signing back in restores everything (details in the Privacy Policy). We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach of these terms; where feasible we'll warn you first, and termination doesn't erase your statutory rights.

Pomada is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the same extent, Stailas Inc.'s total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and (b) USD 100.

What we never limit: nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited — and if you use Pomada as a consumer, nothing here reduces the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Delaware — except that if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-forum rules, you keep the protection of your local law and may bring or defend proceedings in your home courts. Before any of that: email us at lookinggood@stailas.com — almost everything is fixable in one conversation.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use Pomada after that date means you accept the new terms. If you don't, you can delete your account — that's always your right.
